in 1930 by a young lady who was visiting Paris. She traveled to many countries in 1929 and 1930 before returning the

the U.S. These labels are a part of a very large collection of labels, postcards, diaries, and other items brought back

by this young lady. Her name and information will be available to the purchaser upon demand.

These are two very fine examples of early Paris Hotel/Wine Labels and will grace any label collection as two of

1859 Copper Declaration of Independence RARE This is The RARE ONE! An 1859 Declaration of Independence on Copper in Original Frame.

This Rare piece measures 8"X9" and is in a frame measuring 11"X12". The frame is original and has the original flat box nails and the back is sealed with a slender sheet of wood.

The Declaration itself is made of Copper and is dated at the bottom Entered According To The Act Of Congress, in the year 1859 by S.H. Black In The Clerk's Office of The District Court For The Southern District of New York

In the center is a round seal bearing an inset impression of The Congress on July 4th, 1776. All around it is written in raised print the declaration itself. Beneath are the raised signatures of each of the signer's of that document.

The whole thing is pressed into this heavy copper relief and is in exceptional condition for its age.

The wooden from was coated with sometype of plaster and then painted in gold. Part of the paster and gold color are worn off as can be seen from the photo.

During the sesession of the Southern States such items as The Declaration of Independence were sold and given away and used as a reason for sesession.

This Great old American Historical Piece is truely a VERY RARE and desirable Antique. The copper flange on the bottom and left side are partly separated where they were creased in making. This area in hardly noticable and could be professionally repaired if desired, but I always thought it gave it character due to its age!

This folds down into a 4" X 5-1/4" card with Philco advertising and on the other side the Schedules for the National and American Leagues for the year 1953.

The Rare Kloran The White Book ofThe KKK

    This is a very rare and original 1916 Copyright of the Kloran being the thrid edition by W.J. Simmons of Atlanta, Georgia of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. This book is entitled White-Book K-UNO Karacter Honor Duty, Imperial Palace Knights of The Ku Klux Klan Atlanta, GA. The cover is worn white cloth and measures 6-3/8" X 3-5/8". The book cautions on the inside: "This book is the property of the Kinghts of the Ku Klux Klan (incorporated) and is loaned to Klan No._____(this line is not filled in) Realm of_______(this line is not filled in. Printed by the Ku Klux Klan Press. Inside has some interesting notes in pencil, "Parsanage Clay St. Methodist about 300-- Bell's Hill mothers Club- Piano for B----School (Vote after 12 o'clock). Backcover has in pencil the word "intolerence" marked through. Then Bro. Kirns, Lambdin, Lee J. Round--, and J.E. Covey.

This rare old book contains the Order of Business, The Ku Klux Kreed, List of Klan Officers With Explaination of Titles.

Quote from the page 5 of the book: Imperial Decree Series I, No. 4 Subject-The Koran. To-Exalted Cyclops and All Klansmen.

Greeting: Ever holding the best interest of the Invisible Empire, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, in mind and heart, and having had committed to me the sacred trust of its government; I therefore, by virture of the authority vested in me, do DECREE and OFFICIALLY PROCLAIM as follows,-

The Kloran is "THE book" of the Invisible Empire, and is therefore a sacred book with our citizens and its contents MUST be rigidly safeguarded and its teachings honestly respected.

This book or any part of it MUST not be kept or carried where any person of the "alien" world may chance to become acquainted with its sacred contents as such.

Its secrets MUST be held secure by you, and the prescribed "secret work" must not be used in any other than a legitimate manner. The signs MUST not be used only when necessary.

No innovation will be tolerated, and no frivolity or "horse-play" must be allowed during any ceremony.

All klansmen are required to study and imbibe its wholesom teachings and morally profit thereby. All klansmen are required to undergo an examination on the Kloran by the Exalted Cyclops of his respected klan, or another officer designated by him, before he can be an eligible applicant for knighthood.

I hereby enjoin upon all Exalted Cyclops and their Terrors to study CAREFULLY the Kloranic INSTRUCTIONS given herein in light-face type; to commit to memory especially their respective parts, and to demonstrate same in ceremony in a graceful, forceful and dignified manner.

This decree is as binding as if its verbage was incorporated in the Oath of Allegiance.

IN WARNING: A penalty sufficient will be speedily enforced for disregarding this decree in he profanation of the Kloran.

Done in the Aulic of His Majesty, the Imperial Wizard, Emperor of the Invisible Empire, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, in the Imperial Palace, in the Imperial City of Atlanta, Commonwealth of Georgia, United States of America, this the 26th day of June, Anno Domini Nineteen Hundred and Sixteen, Anno Klan L. Signed by His Majestey, William Joseph Simmons, Imperial Wizard.

There is also a list of the Ku Klux Klan titles and explainations. This book contains some 54 pages of information relative to the Klan. Some of the pages have penciled in information about when to ask questions and where they are to be when questions were asked and it looks to have belonged to someone who was administering the rites into the Klan.

In any regard it holds much information on this invisible group of people who have used its name, Ku Klux Klan for many years. This Klan started in Atlanta Georgia and this book was publised by decree in 1916.

It is in very good condition and is very rare! It is priced at $360. plus S&H of $10. S&H. Insurance is optional!
