This book is the first American Edition, with Numerous Additions, Corrections And Improvements, And is Illustrated with Two-Hundred Fine Portraits by means of Wood Cuts of this time period.

It was originally published by J.and B. Williams in 1842 and long since out of print.

If you are doing genealogy work or historical research this is a great book to have on hand. It may be the only chance for you to obtain this information from this very rare old book.
